By purchasing from https://www.tickerblaze.com, you agree to the following terms.


1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for orders shipped internationally (including the United States).

After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unusedundamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • All accessories, cables, and manuals must be included in the return package.

Items returned in damaged or used condition will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized LED ticker displays, including those with programmed text, logos, or client branding.
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned as “non-returnable” during purchase).

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer) within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of partial returns, only the returned product value (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded.

5. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the LED ticker display.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment.We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos or video proof at [email protected].

We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement or refund as per our Warranty Policy.


7. Warranty Coverage

Products covered under warranty are eligible for repair or replacement, as detailed in our Warranty Policy.

Refunds for warranty-covered issues are processed only if repair or replacement is not possible.
