1. Warranty Coverage
All LED Message Ticker Display products purchased from https://www.tickerblaze.com come with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Display malfunction or failure
- Power supply or internal component issues
- Other technical faults not caused by external damage
Our goal is to ensure your ticker display performs optimally throughout its lifespan.
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical or accidental damage due to improper handling
- Water or moisture damage
- Electrical surges, power fluctuations, or lightning strikes
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair by non-TickerBlaze technicians
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic damage
Any issue arising from misuse, neglect, or alteration will void the warranty.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

- Photos or video clearly showing the issue

Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide next steps for inspection, verification, or replacement.
4. Resolution Under Warranty

- We will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
- Replacement units will be shipped as soon as the claim is approved.
- In cases where the same model is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded model may be offered.
Please note that repair or replacement under warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
5. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product (if required) to the service location.
- TickerBlaze will bear the shipping cost of the replacement product sent back to the customer.
6. Authorized Service
All warranty claims and repairs must be processed through TickerBlaze’s authorized service team only.
Any third-party repair or modification will immediately void the warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
TickerBlaze Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage caused by product malfunction.
- Delays in shipment or repair due to customs, courier, or logistic issues.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products under the specified terms.
